Berry Creek Falls is in the Big Basin Redwoods State Park in the San Francisco Bay Area of California. One of the nicest hikes in the area, you can start at the park entrance at Waddell Creek on California State Highway 1, and hike into the park from there.

The hike from the Waddell Creek trail head to Berry Creek Falls is just over ten kilometres, and winds its way through a variety of terrain and various forms of woodlands. If you wish, you can continue hiking past Berry Creek Falls to two more waterfalls, namely, Silver Falls and Golden Cascades, extending the hike to about twelve kilometres one way. The elevation changes are relatively easy—maybe three hundred metres in total.
